What welding projects are you working on? Are you proud of something you built?
How about posting some pics so other welders can get some ideas?

Hope everyone is doing well! I'm not familiar with mounting these and I'm looking for ideas. The outer measurements on the bed c-channel is 38" and outer measurements on the rectangular tube frame is 42" for 2003 Ram 2500.

Lots of simple options. Stock beds often use a long bolt through bed to a captured nut inside the frame or beyond the frame. Long U-bolts are reliable too.

You’re not providing a lot of information or decent photos to provide any better ideas.

Sure thing, cj. Adding some pictures of the frame. Are the pictures of the bed sufficient?

I'm thinking that the shock tower will have the tallest gross interference. That leads me to a thought of removing most of the rear C channel on the bed. The ultimate goal is to have a mobile deck at roughly elbow height. It is not expected to carry more than a 2000 pound load, but sometimes at a high center of gravity. The gooseneck bracket is not useful for towing anymore, but it could be chopped up and re-purposed as a bed support.

Notch the bed channels and weld on tabs that extend down the chassis. Drill holes in the tabs and thru the chassis and run grade 10 bolts thru, securing the bed to the chassis. Easy to remove, no altering of the chassis.
