I have this older snap on plasma cutter and for whatever reason it doesn't work. I have cleaned it checked and triple checked fittings and ground I'm at a loss why it won't work. Any help would be really great. Thanks

First and obvious step would be to unplug it, remove the cover, and have a good look at the control board.

Do you have any history on the machine? Owned it a while? Worked last time (when)? Checked the triggger control? I’m assuming the machine turns on, lights up, but won’t generate an arc? Have you checked airflow to/through the machine?

Provide some details so somebody can suggest an answer. Kind of shooting in the dark with “any idea why it won’t work?”

Does it do anything when turned on? Are consumables available for that machine? Do you have accessability to a manual for that machine? Other questions are as CJ stated.

Can you find a model number? Pictures of inside and out? Repaired a snap-on for a very reasonable cost. The contactator/relay or bridge rectifier was blown from what I remember. Black box with four screws.
