My first on site job for my new business. Stainless exhaust duct for an MRI machine. Its a start. :geek:
All done with my AHP alpha tig 200.

Thanks for the info it been a few years since i have welded S.S pipe. Yes its a filet weld not sure of the spec yet of if there even is one. its an exhaust duct. 304 ss

S.S Filler wire size

Hi guys i have a small S.S job coming up its 12 gauge pipe welding thick flanges on 6-8-10 inch pipe? im thinking i will use 3/32 red tungsten. im guessing 1/8 wire? Any help is appreciated.

I have had the AHP for 4 months now and have done 6 jobs with it. I started a new business and so far so good. I also got the AHP 140 mig and have used it as well. I got the 2 machines together. So far so good. :D

I have one and i like it alot it welds very nice. I have tried it on 4130 , aluminum , stainless , carbon steel. It stick welds very nice. It was worth the money.

Harbor Freight Welding Table

They have a knock off welding table like the strong hand small portable one. Has any one tried one yet?

Thanks its been kind of slow. I have 2 enclosed trailers to repair in the next few weeks i will post some pics.

That would be bad :D Well she and her counterpart ( my other helper) do not watch me weld all they do is lay on the nice cold floor. go figure its hard to get good help these days but they do work cheap. :D

That will work fine i have a small aluminum table my self the only thing i will say is it will get very hot quick.

My New welding cart

I built a cart for my new Alpha Tig. Used all scrap from around the shop and had an old metal cabinet laying around only spent $15.00 total. The first pic is my helper :D Thanks for looking.
